Job Description
We are hiring a Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at iQor Philippines. You will assist customers in Spanish and English via phone, email, and chat, provide product and policy information, process orders and returns, resolve complaints, and maintain detailed records. Requirements: fluent Spanish and English, strong communication and problem-solving, CRM proficiency; prior customer service or call-center experience preferred. Full-time, in-person position; flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed.
