Job Description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team in Dacudao, Davao City. Responsibilities include posting daily 2307 payments and quarterly 2307 reports, monitoring and reporting accounts receivable, managing SOA and credit memo processes, issuing receipts and collection schedules, receiving and filing invoices, and coordinating with other departments to keep ledgers current. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, has 1–2 years of similar experience, strong communication, research, problem-solving and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships. Full-time onsite role. Salary Php14,00–15,00/month.
