Job Description
You’ll handle inbound calls using scripts to qualify customers and book sales for U.S.-based service companies (dumpster rentals, portable toilets, tree service, junk removal, pressure washing, and more). Manage admin tasks, quoting, and CRM updates. Requires strong communication, fast thinking, and confidence guiding callers. Bonus-based: experienced staff report ~Php15,00/week and leads ~Php25,00/week. Paid weekly; Php20,00–Php60,00/month range. Full-time, 12-month contract with OJT, in-office night shifts, night differential pay, PTO, vacation pay, meal allowance, attendance and health benefits, paid training, company events, pay raises, and staff meals provided. Work Location: In person.
