Job Description
Page Outsourcing seeks an Oracle Fusion HCM Assistant Manager. Requires 8–10 years Fusion HCM with at least three end‑to‑end implementations. Lead functional design and configuration across Global HR, Talent, Rewards, Workforce Management and HR Help Desk; liaise with technical teams; mentor junior consultants; support UAT; lead presales and effort estimation. Strong leadership, analytical, client‑management and communication skills. Bachelor’s in IT, HR or related; advanced degree preferred. Full‑time, in‑person. In your application state presales experience, years of Fusion HCM work, and number of implementations led.
