Transparent BPO, Inc. is hiring a full-time Sales Representative for our new Greenhills, San Juan City facility. Require 1 year BPO/customer service experience, HS diploma (college preferred), excellent English, Windows proficiency, strong multitasking, typing, listening and conflict-resolution skills. Key duties: upsell, document transactions, escalate issues, and provide value-based solutions. Competencies: professionalism, organization, goal-driven approach and great call resolution.
