Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist to ensure customers achieve value, adoption, and long-term retention.
Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, conducting product training, monitoring health metrics (NPS, churn), proactively resolving issues, and collaborating with sales and product teams to drive adoption and upsell.
Requirements: 2+ years in customer success or support, strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience with CRM tools and analytics, and ability to manage multiple accounts.
