Job Description
Join IdeasUnlimited BPO Inc as a Medical Support Representative supporting our healthcare team remotely. You will manage calendars and patient appointments, handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, update EMRs, verify insurance eligibility, transcribe physician notes, assist billing and claims processing, and support patient intake and care plan education. Qualifications: healthcare degree/certification preferred, proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, excellent verbal and written communication, strong organization and discretion; healthcare or BPO experience a plus. Full-time permanent role; salary Php16,00–19,00/month. Benefits include company events, health insurance, on-site parking, paid training, promotion opportunities and pay raises. Work Location: In person.
