Job Description
Lead a small team to achieve targets, manage daily operations, coach members, assign tasks, monitor performance, and report to management. Coordinate schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure quality and deadlines. Requirements: 3+ years experience in team supervision, strong communication, problem-solving, and basic reporting skills.
