Job Description
We are seeking a Transaction Tax Compliance Associate to support tax compliance for corporate transactions such as M&A, restructurings, and asset transfers.
Key responsibilities include preparing transaction tax filings, conducting due diligence, analyzing tax implications, coordinating with legal and finance teams, and maintaining documentation for audits.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or tax; 1–3 years experience in corporate or transaction tax; familiarity with local and cross‑border tax rules; proficient Excel and strong communication skills.
