Job Description
We are seeking a Healthcare Claims Adjudication Lead to manage daily adjudication operations, ensure accurate and timely claim decisions, and maintain compliance with payer policies and regulations. You will lead and mentor a team, troubleshoot complex claims, implement process improvements, and collaborate with providers and payers to resolve escalations. Strong knowledge of ICD/CPT coding, claims systems, and HIPAA required. Minimum 5 years in claims adjudication, proven leadership, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent communication and performance management experience are essential to drive quality metrics and operational efficiency.
