Job Description
Intellidesk Inc., a premium coworking space in Alabang, seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, convert inquiries, and maintain high occupancy. Duties include handling inbound/outbound inquiries, conducting tours and presentations, closing contracts with individuals, SMEs and corporate clients, building broker relationships, tracking pipeline in CRM, and coordinating with marketing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, 3–5 years in sales, real estate or hospitality, strong English and Filipino communication, proven sales record, and CRM/MS Office proficiency. Full-time, in-person role. Salary Php25,00–35,00/month. Benefits include flexible schedule and flextime. Expected start date: 24 November 2025.
