Job Description
Diavox Network Inc. seeks a full-time, onsite Customer Service Representative in Makati. Requires 1+ year phone-based customer service (BPO preferred), clear spoken English, CRM/Preview Dialer familiarity, night/rotating shift availability, strong listening, written summaries, empathy and adaptability. Technically comfortable with multi-window systems. Salary from Php24,00/month. Benefits: health insurance, staff meals, company events, promotions and raises.
