Job Description
SM Retail seeks a Retail Sales Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, back-end processes and team performance. Responsibilities: set and communicate individual sales targets and promotions; monitor inventory, deliveries, and potential stock issues; inspect items for transfer/RTV and complete MMS documentation; control operating expenses and supplies; and manage staff attendance, scheduling, leaves and policy enforcement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, minimum 2 years supervising store operations and people management, sales-oriented, personable, creative, with strong communication skills. Full-time, in-person role.
