JOB DESCRIPTION: USRN – VOICE
Position: USRN – Voice
Work Setup: Work From Home (WFH)
Schedule: Shifting / Graveyard
Start Date & Hiring Needs

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Earn Up To: ₱76,00/month + ₱100,00 Sign-On Bonus
Upon Hire:
- ₱50,00 Basic Pay
- ₱10,00 Premium Allowance
- ₱1,00 Flex Fund Allowance

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of bedside clinical experience (Required)
Education Requirements
- Graduate of BS Nursing
- Active PH Nursing License (PHRN) – REQUIRED
- Active USRN License – Any US State – REQUIRED
- Both licenses must be clearly listed on the CV — missing license details = automatic rejection.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct utilization review calls with healthcare providers and members.
- Validate clinical information and apply clinical criteria as needed.
- Ensure compliance with care standards and documentation requirements.
- Provide clinical support through voice-based interactions.
- Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and productivity in all tasks.
- Collaborate with clinical teams for continuity of care.
- Uphold quality and compliance standards at all times.

Pay: Php50,00.00 per month
