Job Description
We are hiring a Travel Consultant to lead a junior customer service team, delivering empathetic, professional support across channels. Responsibilities include responding promptly to inquiries, resolving complaints, mastering product knowledge, processing orders and requests, maintaining records, coordinating with colleagues, and improving service efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction. Full-time; salary Php29,00–Php36,00/month. Work location: In person, Alabang. Expected start date: 01/10/2025. Application questions: Do you have GDS tools experience (BPO or non-BPO)?
