Job Description
The Moment Group seeks an Employee Experience Coordinator to design and implement initiatives that improve the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention. You will run engagement surveys and focus groups, analyze HR data to produce actionable insights, collaborate with HR and L&D on well-being, recognition and career programs, manage consistent onboarding/offboarding, and organize events and internal communications. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in HR or organizational development, strong analytical and communication skills, creative problem solving, and MS Office (HR analytics tools a plus). Full-time, in-person. Benefits include additional leave, employee discounts, health insurance and staff meals.
