Job Description
We seek a proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO: manage calendar, travel, meetings, prepare reports and correspondence, handle confidential matters, coordinate projects, process expenses, and provide occasional personal support. Requirements: Bachelor’s or equivalent, 1+ year preferred, strong communication, organization, MS Office/Google Workspace proficiency, discretion, ability to work under pressure.
