Job Description
8telcom Inc. seeks an HR Specialist to manage payroll, employee relations, onboarding, and HRIS records. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR/Business, 2+ years HR experience (payroll & employee coordination), HRIS and MS Office proficiency, strong payroll, benefits and labor law knowledge, confidentiality and attention to detail. Full-time, in-person. Salary from Php15,00/month. Benefits: company Christmas gift, events, promotion opportunities, and permanent placement.
