Job Description
Tochigi-ken Technologies International Inc is seeking a dedicated Office Staff member to assist our sales team primarily in managing delivery services. The ideal candidate must efficiently respond to online and telephone inquiries in a calm and friendly manner, especially in the absence of the sales manager.
The successful applicant will cooperate well with other departments, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and possess strong administrative abilities to manage paperwork effectively.
Responsibilities include preparing and issuing samples needed by the sales team, handling paperwork such as invoicing and sales monitoring updates, and ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and submitted to clients.
