Job Description
Join Invisible Agency as an Investment Operations Specialist supporting onboarding and conversion plans to our client’s platform. You will review fund lineups, prepare fund applications, coordinate with Implementation and Investment teams, maintain CRM data, and help document procedures. Ideal candidates understand mutual funds, stable value, collective investment trusts (CITs), and ETFs settlement, are proactive, analytical, organized, and communicate effectively. Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk or Jira and familiarity with ERISA or recordkeeping systems is a plus. US Eastern Time (8:30am–5:30pm). Rate: $6/hour.
