Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Support Specialist to deliver friendly, efficient technical and customer assistance. You will handle inbound inquiries via email, chat and phone, diagnose issues, escalate complex cases, and maintain clear ticket documentation.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting product problems, updating the knowledge base, collaborating with engineering and product teams, and meeting SLAs while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 0–2 years in customer or technical support, strong written and verbal English, basic familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first attitude.
