Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance. You will design hiring plans, coordinate interviews, maintain personnel records, support performance management, and advise managers on policies and benefits. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 3+ years HR experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of labor laws and HRIS systems. A proactive, confidential, and organized professional is preferred.
