We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist (Booking Conversion) to optimize our booking funnel and boost conversion rates. You will analyze conversion metrics, manage CRM workflows, design A/B tests, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support, and deliver actionable KPI reports. Required: 2+ years in sales operations or growth, strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL), experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), a process-improvement mindset, and excellent communication.
