Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. You will oversee hiring, onboarding, training, compensation administration, compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, and proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems. A bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field is preferred. Ability to handle confidential information and drive strategic people initiatives is required.
