Job Description
Join Spectrum Travel as a Travel Consultant (5-month fixed-term, temporary) to create bookings and issue domestic tickets for FIT and group clients. You will ensure accurate passenger names, fares, ticketing entries, baggage and seat assignments, and timely billing reconciliation. Monitor unbilled tickets, prepare VPOs for supplier payments, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations. Adhere to company policies, Business Conduct Guidelines, and financial procedures while supporting operational efficiency. This in-person role requires attention to detail, timely communication, and flexibility to perform related duties as assigned.
