Job Description
In Manila, DHL seeks a Beer, Wines & Spirits Associate to support back-end Ocean Freight services. You will ensure station/country documentation follows SOPs, meet SLAs and KPIs, operate assigned shifts/regions, and deliver timely, accurate service. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, escalate operational issues, and coordinate stakeholders for clear information flow. Requirements: bachelor’s degree (logistics/management preferred), 0–3 years BPO or logistics experience (ocean freight preferred), proficiency in MS Office, effective English communication, exposure to ERPs preferred, strong logical reasoning, and high customer centricity.
