Job Description
We are seeking a Team Leader, Beer, Wines & Spirits to lead a retail beverage team, drive sales, and ensure excellent product presentation and compliance.
Responsibilities include daily team supervision, staff scheduling and coaching, visual merchandising, stock control, vendor coordination, and age verification compliance.
Requirements: minimum 3 years’ experience in beverage retail or F&B, strong leadership, deep product knowledge, excellent communication, and POS/inventory skills.
