Job Description
DHL is hiring a Customs Associate to support back-end services for partners across Bogota, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Mumbai, and Budapest. You will execute tasks per SOPs, meet shift-based delivery and turnaround targets, maintain high accuracy, and promptly flag operational issues to supervisors. Coordinate with stakeholders to improve processes and ensure customer-centric service. Required: Bachelor’s degree (any; logistics/industrial engineering/management preferred), 0–3 years BPO or logistics experience, customs experience preferred, strong MS Office and ERP exposure, effective written and verbal English, good logical reasoning, and a commitment to accuracy and timely delivery.
