Job Description
We are seeking a Revenue Manager to optimize pricing, distribution and forecasting to maximize hotel profitability. You will analyze data, set dynamic rates, manage channel strategies and collaborate with sales and operations.
Key responsibilities: monitor market trends, produce revenue reports, implement revenue management systems and lead yield initiatives to improve RevPAR and ADR.
Requirements: 3+ years in revenue or distribution management, strong analytical skills, Excel and RMS experience, excellent communication and leadership abilities.
