Job Description
We are seeking a Purchasing Agent responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role requires coordinating with inventory, quality, and finance teams, maintaining supplier relationships, and tracking procurement records to meet cost and lead-time targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, minimum 2 years procurement experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office, and attention to detail. Ability to analyze quotes, manage multiple priorities, and ensure compliance with purchasing policies is essential.
