Job Description
As a Workforce Supervisor you will lead daily staffing, schedule optimization, and team performance for operational efficiency. You will assign tasks, monitor KPIs, coach front-line staff, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. Coordinate with HR for staffing needs, training, and shift changes, and prepare regular reports for management. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, proficiency with scheduling tools and Excel, and a problem-solving mindset. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
