Job Description
We seek a Fleet Service Staff to assist the Section Head in maintaining the President/CEO’s land and water vehicles. Responsibilities include initial vehicle inspections, routine monitoring, arranging repairs with approved auto shops, and maintaining records of PMS, major repairs, insurance, and LGU documents. You will schedule and monitor vehicle servicing, coordinate with VIP drivers, captains, and crews, liaise with vehicle sellers, and recommend operational improvements. Candidates should have 1–2 years’ experience in fleet services or vehicle maintenance, a valid driver’s license, basic mechanical knowledge, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
