We are seeking a proactive HR Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and daily HR operations. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, preparing job postings, maintaining personnel files, assisting payroll and benefits administration, responding to employee inquiries, and ensuring HR policies are followed. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, basic knowledge of labor regulations, proficiency with MS Office and HR systems, and a collaborative attitude.
