Job Description
Join Mworld Trading as Retail Store Supervisor at MotoMarket Pampanga, Angeles City. Lead retail operations to drive sales growth, increase customer spend per transaction, convert foot traffic to sales, deliver excellent customer service, maintain inventory accuracy, and enforce operational compliance. You must hold a Bachelor’s degree, have strong English and Filipino communication, minimum 4 years in retail with at least 2 years supervising, and proven selling and retail operations management skills. You should be organized, detail-oriented, a motorcycle rider/enthusiast, and available for full-time on-site work.
