Job Description
Manna Kimchi seeks Production Staff to produce high-quality kimchi. Roles rotate between Processing (Mon–Sat, 4:00 AM–1:00 PM) and Packing (Tue–Sun, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM). Responsibilities: wash, sort, mix and season ingredients; follow recipes, hygiene and food-safety SOPs; weigh, portion, label and seal finished products using FIFO; keep workstations and equipment clean; support production targets and report quality or packaging issues. Qualifications: minimum high school graduate, physically fit for repetitive tasks, responsible and honest; no experience required—training provided. Full-time, in-person role. Compensation from Php510.00/day. Staff meals provided.
