Job Description
As a Dispute Resolution Analyst you will investigate and resolve customer and commercial disputes, gather evidence, analyze contract and transaction records, and recommend fair outcomes. You will communicate with clients, internal teams and external partners, prepare clear reports, and track case metrics to identify trends and mitigate future risks. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in law, finance or a related field, 2+ years’ experience in disputes, strong analytical, negotiation and written communication skills, and proficiency with case management tools and MS Office.
