Job Description
We are hiring a Centre Delivery Helpdesk to manage inbound support for delivery operations at our service centre. The role coordinates with logistics, resolves customer inquiries, and ensures timely parcel handling.
Key duties: respond to calls and emails, track shipments, escalate issues, update delivery records, liaise with couriers and customers, maintain SLA compliance, and generate daily reports.
Candidates should have one year of experience in logistics or customer support, strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic IT ability, and availability to work shifts. Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
