Job Description
The Customer Experience Associate assists internal and external clients with loan and deposit inquiries, requests and complaints via phone, email, live chat, social media, mail and walk-ins. Responsibilities include handling post-booking issues for current and delinquent accounts (0–89 days past due), providing clear product and account information, processing endorsements to relevant units, following strict verification procedures, and adhering to Bank communication standards and regulations. Must work 100% onsite on a shifting schedule. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Work Location: In person.
