Job Description
We are seeking a Structural BIM Modeler to create and manage accurate 3D structural models for complex construction projects. You will produce coordinated Revit models, develop families, perform clash detection, and prepare construction drawings and BIM deliverables. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure constructability and compliance with standards. Required: 3+ years of structural BIM experience, proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360, understanding of structural workflows, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Experience with steel and concrete detailing, LOD management, and coordination meetings is preferred. Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to project requirements is essential.
