AspiraGlobal seeks a tech‑savvy Chat Support Representative to deliver clear, professional written customer service via live chat and messaging. Responsibilities include prompt responses, troubleshooting, CRM updates, escalating complex issues, and meeting response and satisfaction targets. Candidates should have ≥1 year chat support experience, excellent written English, CRM familiarity (Zendesk/HubSpot/Freshdesk), multitasking ability, customer‑first attitude, basic technical troubleshooting, and availability for shifts. Onsite role in Lanang, Davao City. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Php20,00–Php23,00/month.
