Job Description
We are seeking a Compliance & Privacy Operations Associate to support data protection and regulatory compliance across our operations. Responsibilities include monitoring privacy program controls, maintaining documentation, responding to data subject requests, assisting audits, and coordinating incident response. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years in privacy/compliance or a related field, knowledge of GDPR/PDPA/CCPA basics, strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication. Familiarity with privacy tools and ISO frameworks is a plus. This role offers growth in a collaborative environment focused on protecting customer data and ensuring lawful operations.
