Job Description
The Theater Operations Supervisor will oversee daily cinema operations at Robinsons Lipa, leading staff to ensure excellent customer service and achieve revenue targets. Key duties include supervising front- and back-of-house teams, enforcing safety and service standards, scheduling relievers, and coordinating with mall management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Administration/Management or equivalent; 1–4 years of cinema or mall operations experience (preferably 3+ years); strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
