Job Description
The Director of Rooms oversees guest accommodation operations (front office, housekeeping, reservations, guest services), ensuring exceptional experiences, revenue alignment and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, staff training, performance management, quality control and coordination with Sales and F&B. Candidates need 7+ years in hospitality management, proven leadership, strong financial acumen, excellent communication, a Hospitality degree preferred and PMS experience. Must drive standards, guest satisfaction and commercial results while fostering a service-oriented team.
