Job Description
We seek a Leasing Officer to join Xentro Malls’ Leasing Department. Qualifications: graduate in Marketing, Business Management, Property Management or related; 2–3 years’ relevant experience, preferably 2 years in property management/lease marketing at a supervisory level; strong leasing operations knowledge, negotiation and tenant management skills; deep understanding of mall/retail and real estate. Responsibilities: fill vacancies and increase occupancy and profitability, establish tenant zoning and mix, set rental matrix and achieve projected payback and rental targets, oversee tenant documentation, and act as leasing point person during the mall’s first year.
