Job Description
We are hiring a Receptionist and Cashier for Mariposa Budget Hotel. Responsibilities include handling cash transactions (collecting payments, issuing receipts, reconciling cash, preparing daily sales reports, petty cash custody, secure drops), providing front-desk customer service (greeting guests, answering inquiries and phone calls, taking orders, wake-up calls), and coordinating operations (reporting maintenance, liaising with housekeeping for check-outs and cleaning, monitoring room availability, maintaining lobby cleanliness). Qualifications: college graduate in hotel management, hotel or cashier experience preferred, strong communication and customer service skills. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
