Job Description
China Online Innovations Inc seeks a full-time in-person ESL Teacher Support to evaluate teacher performance via recorded and live observations, provide coaching and mentoring, and deliver feedback on lesson delivery, communication, student engagement, camera use, and overall teaching quality. Ensure standards compliance, document evaluations, recommend training or corrective actions, and monitor progress. Preferred: 3+ years in ESL teaching/coaching, strong online pedagogy, excellent communication, multitasking, and case management skills.
