Job Description
Join The Scale Expert as a Customer Service Representative. You will assist customers via live chat and email on deposits, withdrawals, transfers, disputes, account funding and setup, and product inquiries. Key duties: review transactions and explain balances, follow internal controls, develop U.S. banking operations knowledge, and ensure timely resolution with professionalism. Requirements: 1 year each in email, chat and voice support, BPO/back-office experience, strong written communication, positive attitude, ownership of quality, flexibility and teamwork. Full-time, in person. Salary Php21,00–24,00/month. Benefits include health and life insurance, paid training, company gift, promotion opportunities and path to permanent employment.
