Job Description
We are mass hiring Call Center Agents/Customer Service Representatives for Metro Manila locations. No BPO experience required; ONE-DAY hiring process available. Responsibilities include assisting players with account management, password resets, billing, game features, and guided troubleshooting via chat; process transactions following company policies. We offer up to ₱28,00 monthly (higher with experience), ₱30,00 signing bonus, 13th & 14th month pay, HMO from Day 1 (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, allowances, performance bonuses, night differential, weekends off, and potential hybrid/WFH after 1 year.
