We are seeking a Due Diligence Analyst to evaluate financial, legal, and operational risks for transactions. You will conduct research, analyze documents, prepare clear reports, and coordinate with legal and finance teams to support mergers, investments, and compliance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Law; 2+ years’ experience in due diligence, audit, or corporate finance; strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills; attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
