Job Description
Provide on-site primary care, first aid, and occupational health services to company employees. Assess and treat minor illnesses and injuries, perform health screenings, immunizations, and fitness-for-duty evaluations. Maintain confidential medical records, coordinate referrals to external providers, and advise management on workplace health, infection control, and injury prevention. Work closely with HR to support return-to-work plans and wellness programs. Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN), valid license, CPR/BLS certification, 1–3 years clinical or occupational health experience, strong communication and organizational skills.
